You book time using the Mansion Co-Owner web app, powered by our scheduling system and A.I. Butler. It’s easy to use and equitable for owners, based on the number of shares you own. The system supports two types of stays: advance and short-notice. Advance stays are scheduled 8 days to 24 months in advance, and each owner has access to an advance stay that falls on a special date (e.g., federal holidays and popular local events for use in each year with rotating days based on preferences set).
Short-notice stays are booked 2 to 30 days in advance of arrival.
No, owners are not permitted to rent out or sell time on vacation rental sites or other public rental listing services. This home is not zoned to allow for rentals and the owners are expected to act as true owners in following these rules. All guests of owners must be registered and have the Mansion app on their phone to access the home.
In order to protect the privacy of our owners and their families, direct interactions are not arranged. Mansion ensures the confidentiality of all owner information. Additionally, feedback from our owners suggests that anonymity among owners contributes to a smoother and more carefree experience.
It has been observed that homeowners often demonstrate genuine pride in their property, usually maintaining their home in outstanding condition. To guarantee a consistent quality experience for all homeowners, properties undergo inspection following each stay. Should there be any damage beyond normal wear and tear, the responsible homeowner will be billed for the costs incurred during their usage period.
