What is an Accredited Investor?

Individuals may qualify as accredited investors based on wealth and income thresholds and other measures of financial sophistication laid out by the SEC.

Some simple rules are having a net worth over $1 million, excluding your primary residence (individually or with spouse or partner) OR Income over $200,000 (individually) or $300,000 (with spouse or partner) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year.

Mansion Fund III is purchasing single-family rental homes in core urban markets that will be operated by Mansion as private short-term rental homes, with target 8-10% dividend yields annually, our pro-forma IRR is 20%+ in our base case. Earn passive income & participate in appreciation of homes in markets like Charlotte, NC, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Tampa, FL, Charleston, SC, and others.

Mansion acquires & manages single-family short-term rental homes in outstanding places, building a portfolio of branded group-travel focused assets that generate strong returns for our investors over time.

Mansion has built a new hospitality brand for luxury group travel with over 13,000 happy stays, averaging 4.9 stars in our operated homes, with a unique approach to guest loyalty that generates stronger returns for our investors.
